Going green...from white...

So as much as we keep getting the doomsday warnings about snow and rain, the future is looking positive all things considering, for spring is soon to be upon us. One thing that is keeping me cheery is my constant referral to this website, which states rather nicely: how long the days are getting, how much longer each day is getting, when the sun will rise and fall, and the angle of the sun in the sky and its distance relative to the earth. Correct me if I am wrong[its been a while since A Level maths] but the sun seems to be getting about 30,000 KM closer each day. It's a little over six weeks until the start of British Summer Time, which along with my fellow gardeners at the allotment is something im excited about. In fact the greenhouse, pictured, was up to 200 C the other day when it was barely above freezing outside. I am most happy with my winter efforts of using the heater, as i have flowers on my sugar snap peas already!

I suspect I may use this blog to outline my grand plans for the allotment, no one is probably reading this but at least I can help myself.

Due to a glitch in amazon.uk’s system, I believe I’ve written the only crime thriller in the UK that doesn’t appear on amazon.co.uk. My publisher’s many other titles are listed, and my sites around the world. Amazon.uk refuse to acknowledge their technical error.
I’m an insignificant individual, powerless to influence this huge corporation, but their indifference has incensed me. I’m attempting to battle amazon.uk’s virtual monopoly of the UK online book market by asking readers to order my inexpensive paperback through other online suppliers.
If you would be kind enough to consider supporting my campaign against a faceless corporation, please check out my blog for details of Cut Short by Leigh Russell.
