One thing that is keeping me cheery is my constant referral to this website, which states rather nicely: how long the days are getting, how much longer each day is getting, when the sun will rise and fall, and the angle of the sun in the sky and its distance relative to the earth. Correct me if I am wrong[its been a while since A Level maths] but the sun seems to be getting about 30,000 KM closer each day. It's a little over six weeks until the start of British Summer Time, which along with my fellow gardeners at the allotment is something im excited about. In fact the greenhouse, pictured, was up to 200 C the other day when it was barely above freezing outside. I am most happy with my winter efforts of using the heater, as i have flowers on my sugar snap peas already!

I suspect I may use this blog to outline my grand plans for the allotment, no one is probably reading this but at least I can help myself.
